By creating a ChipTrove account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ChipTrove is a poker bankroll tracking application with social features. The service allows you to track poker sessions, record hand histories, view statistics, and interact with other players. ChipTrove is a tracking tool — it does not facilitate gambling, process bets, or handle real money transactions.
Free tier: Core session tracking, basic stats, social feed access, and up to 3 session photos are free.
ChipTrove Pro: Premium features (AI hand history, CSV import/export, advanced reporting, 10 photos) are available via monthly ($7.99) or annual ($49.99) subscription through the Apple App Store.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data you enter (session records, hand histories, photos, messages). By using the social features, you grant ChipTrove a license to display your shared content to other users according to your privacy settings.
Direct messages: DMs require a mutual follow — both users must follow each other. Messages are private between the sender and recipient. You can delete (unsend) your own messages.
Blocking: Blocking a user immediately removes all follow relationships in both directions and prevents all future interaction — feed visibility, comments, reactions, DMs, search, and live status.
Reporting: You may report users for spam, harassment, inappropriate content, or other violations. Reports are reviewed by our team. We may take action including content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination based on the severity and frequency of violations.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law without prior notice.
Hand history parsing, table strategy analysis, and CSV import use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to process your descriptions. AI output may contain errors — always review parsed data before relying on it. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Table strategy: Opponent analysis and strategic suggestions are generated by AI for educational purposes only. They are not coaching, advice, or guarantees of profitable play. Strategy output is ephemeral and not stored.
Range charts: Preflop range charts are approximate references based on commonly published GTO strategy principles. They are not direct solver output and should not be treated as exact optimal solutions. Ranges are provided for educational purposes only.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen.
ChipTrove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Not a gambling service: ChipTrove is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not facilitate, promote, or provide access to gambling. It does not process bets, handle real money, or operate as a gambling platform. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local gambling laws in their jurisdiction.
No financial advice: Statistics, analytics, profit calculations, and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, gambling, or tax advice. You should not rely on ChipTrove data for tax filings without independent verification.
AI accuracy: Hand history parsing, table strategy analysis, CSV import, and other AI features use third-party language models. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-processed data. ChipTrove is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, including strategic suggestions.
Data accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of profit/loss calculations, hourly rates, ROI percentages, or any other computed statistics. These are derived from data you enter and may contain errors from incorrect input, rounding, or system issues.
Offline mode: Session data recorded offline is stored locally on your device. ChipTrove is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates that occur before offline data is synced.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChipTrove, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChipTrove's total aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ChipTrove shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The TOS version and acceptance date are recorded on your account.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
